PURCHASE OPTIONS & CANCELLATION POLICY
Some items in our store may be offered as a subscription, pre-order, or through a payment plan. This policy outlines how each type of purchase works and how you can manage or cancel your order.
SUBSCRIPTIONS
(e.g., The Stitch Collective Monthly Embroidery Club)

When you purchase a subscription, you are enrolling in a recurring membership that renews automatically on the schedule selected (monthly or annually).

Your payment details will be stored securely and charged automatically unless you cancel 3 business days in advance.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We ask for 3 business days' notice to process your request. Upon cancellation, access to all membership content, resources, bonuses, and commercial licenses will end immediately.

Subscription payments are non-refundable, even if you cancel partway through a billing cycle.

PRE-ORDERS
(e.g., printed patterns, product launches, or upcoming kits)

Pre-orders reserve your purchase of an item not yet in stock or officially released.

We may charge a deposit, full payment, or store your payment information for later processing depending on the offer.

Once the product becomes available, your order will be fulfilled, and any outstanding payment will be charged automatically.

Pre-orders are non-refundable, as your purchase reserves inventory or production allocation.
PAYMENT PLANS
(e.g., Hobby to Hustle course or other digital products)

Select courses and digital products may offer payment plans to spread the cost over multiple payments.

By selecting a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments in full—even if you no longer use or access the product.

Access to courses, memberships, and digital content will be suspended if a payment fails and will remain suspended until the issue is resolved.

Payment plans are non-cancelable and non-refundable once initiated, unless otherwise stated in writing.

If payments are not completed, we reserve the right to pursue collection of the remaining balance.
