This website is operated by Little Hooligans Embroidery LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to Little Hooligans Embroidery. Little Hooligans Embroidery offers this website, including all information, tools, courses, digital products, and services available from this site to you, the user ("customer", "you", "your"), conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service ("Terms"), including additional terms and conditions referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, you may not access the website or use any services.

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us with the online e-commerce platform to sell our products and services.

SECTION 1 – ONLINE STORE TERMS

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence or that you are the age of majority and have given us your consent to allow any minor dependents to use this site.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

You must not transmit any worms, viruses, or destructive code.

A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in immediate termination of your Services.

SECTION 2 – GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

You understand that your content (excluding credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks.

Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission from us.

Headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.

SECTION 3 – PRODUCTS, COURSES, MEMBERSHIPS, AND DIGITAL CONTENT

3.1 Course Access

When you purchase a course from Little Hooligans Embroidery LLC (including but not limited to Hobby to Hustle), you are granted access for as long as the course exists. We reserve the right to retire or discontinue any course at any time with reasonable advance notice.

Access may be revoked if you violate any terms outlined here.

3.2 Payment Plans

Some courses may be offered with a payment plan option. By selecting a payment plan, you agree to complete all payments according to the schedule selected at checkout.

Missed or failed payments may result in suspension or revocation of course access until the payment issue is resolved.

No refunds will be issued, and failure to complete payment may result in collections or additional fees.

It is your responsibility to maintain accurate and up-to-date billing information.

3.3 The Stitch Collective Monthly Embroidery Club

Membership in the Stitch Collective grants you access to exclusive patterns, resources, and a commercial license while your subscription is active.

Your subscription will automatically renew monthly or yearly based on the plan you selected. You may cancel your membership at any time. Upon cancellation, access to the club portal, resources, and commercial license ends immediately.

If you use a discount code, this will apply to the first month payment.  Your following payments will be $24.97 USD.

As an active member, you may sell finished products made from club patterns. However, you may not sell, resell, recreate, redistribute, or alter and distribute the original patterns or materials themselves.

Once your membership ends, you may no longer sell products made from club patterns, even if the items were created during your membership.

3.4 Refund Policy

All sales are final.
We do not offer refunds for courses, digital products, memberships, or subscription payments. Please read product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

SECTION 4 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, patterns, courses, and resources provided are the intellectual property of Little Hooligans Embroidery LLC and protected under copyright laws.

Patterns and content are for personal use only unless you are an active Stitch Collective member using them under the provided commercial license.

Redistribution, duplication, resale, recreation, or unauthorized sharing of any pattern, product, or course material is strictly prohibited without written permission.

SECTION 5 – DISCLAIMERS

We make no guarantees regarding your results, earnings, sales, or success from applying any techniques, strategies, or methods taught in our courses, including Hobby to Hustle.

Testimonials and examples provided represent real experiences of past students and customers but are not guarantees of results. Your results may vary based on effort, skill, and market factors.

The information provided is educational in nature and should not be interpreted as business, legal, or financial advice.

Access to digital content may be temporarily interrupted due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

SECTION 6 – THIRD-PARTY TOOLS AND LINKS

We may provide access to third-party tools or websites which we do not monitor or control.

You acknowledge and agree that such tools are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. Your use of third-party resources is at your own risk.
